This cup was hand-thrown, carved & glazed in my home studio. The top rim is glazed for a smooth finish, and the bottom half is exposed raw clay for a nice grip texture. It is perfect for sipping morning coffee or afternoon tea. Everything tastes better in a handmade cup! My glazes are lead-free and fired to a temperature of 2232 degrees Fahrenheit. This piece is food safe, microwave safe & dishwasher safe, although I do recommend hand-washing my pieces to ensure the longevity of the dish wares.
